Install the games (not Han) in parts, always using Debug PKG. Package the NPXBXXXXX and BLXXXXXXX files.

You can also save time using PS3GameExtractor.exe.

Why? Because retail disc CFW2OFW converts already has licences in them, the LIC.EDAT. An CFW2OFW convert installed in Debug Package mode will not require HAN activated every play it runs just like an injected backup or DTU convert.

A Debug PKG, the default CFW2OFW output PKG from TrueAncestor_PKG_Repacker_v2.45 or make-backup-pkg, is installed with Debug Package activated.

DO NOT RESIGN with Ps3Xploit-Resigner CFW2OFW retail disc conversions (aka Debug Packages) because that's not necessary, just wastes time and power.

The CFW2OFW converted games doesnt works with splitted files, be sure to 'join' them if needed before starting the conversion, as mentioned above an IRD check will expose all this kind of problems derivated from not using the original game files.

If the result of the IRD check shows some warnings or errors it means the file is corrupted, resigned, splitted, or modifyed by other means

When converting a game that was released in physical BluRay format is recommended to verify the integrity of the game files dumped/ripped from the disc by doing a IRD check of the game files in PC with a tool like PS3-ISO-Rebuilder, or in the PS3 with ManaGunZ.

Transfer PKGs preferably via PC-to-PS3 direct LAN using a full-duplex CAT5e or CAT6 cable to enable up to 20MB/s average download rate (example: download 10GB in 9 mins) with PKG Linker 2.0. Ps3Xploit v3.0 ethanol (HAN / only 4.81 & 4.82) and Ps3Xploit v3.0.1 Hybrid Firmware (HFW / only 4.83, 4.84, 4.85 & 4.86) allows installation of the conversion Debug PKG. Disadvantage is the PS3 HDD needs to be reformatted every transfer so adding new games bit by bit to HDD can be painful.
